Abstract

Abstarct: Earth 19 th century Astronomers along with 20th century Astronomers and to date astronomers can not read their telescopes. Relativistic time delays coming from planet Mercury with 48.28 km/sec to moving Earth of 29.81 km/sec adding to 78.09km/sec or 78.09 km divided by light velocity of 300,000 km/sec adds up to 260.3 micro second delays as predicted  by time delays formulas [see my article Earth-Interplanetary telecommunications time delays]. This velocity v = 48.28 km/sec mistake divided by light velcity c  gives the angle of light aberration: arc tan (v/c) when applied to Perihelion advance [see my article: planetary motion around the sun] gives the 43 of an arc per century visual effects meaning that space-time is just visual effects or the first proof of general relativity theory is just a Nobel prize winners that can not read a telescope
