Abstract
By merging theories of the zero-point energy with theories of system self-organization, it is shown that it may be possible to cohere the zero-point energy as a source. Possible methods are referenced and include ion-acoustic oscillations , abruptly pulsed bucking fields, and plasma vortices and vortex rings exhibiting precession.
