Smoot&amp;amp;nbsp;and&amp;amp;nbsp;the COBE&amp;amp;nbsp;have&amp;amp;nbsp;an&amp;amp;nbsp;anisotropy&amp;amp;nbsp;in the&amp;amp;nbsp;CMB&amp;amp;nbsp;-&amp;amp;nbsp;found&amp;amp;nbsp;microwavebackground&amp;amp;nbsp;radiation.&amp;amp;nbsp;This&amp;amp;nbsp;one&amp;amp;nbsp;has&amp;amp;nbsp;a&amp;amp;nbsp;motion of the&amp;amp;nbsp;solar&amp;amp;nbsp;system&amp;amp;nbsp;with 370&amp;amp;nbsp;km /s&amp;amp;nbsp;calculated&amp;amp;nbsp;at&amp;amp;nbsp;coordinates&amp;amp;nbsp;near&amp;amp;nbsp;Tau&amp;amp;nbsp;Leonis&amp;amp;nbsp;in the&amp;amp;nbsp;constellation&amp;amp;nbsp;Leo.&amp;amp;nbsp;On&amp;amp;nbsp;its orbit&amp;amp;nbsp;around the&amp;amp;nbsp;Sun, the&amp;amp;nbsp;Earth&amp;amp;nbsp;moves&amp;amp;nbsp;at about&amp;amp;nbsp;30 km&amp;amp;nbsp;/&amp;amp;nbsp;s.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;   &amp;lt;div&amp;gt;A laser beam is&amp;amp;nbsp;perpendicular&amp;amp;nbsp;to&amp;amp;nbsp;the other towards the&amp;amp;nbsp;lion&amp;amp;nbsp;or&amp;amp;nbsp;the direction of&amp;amp;nbsp;Earth&amp;#039;s orbit&amp;amp;nbsp;moving&amp;amp;nbsp;wall&amp;amp;nbsp;is directed,&amp;amp;nbsp;despite&amp;amp;nbsp;many&amp;amp;nbsp;attempts&amp;amp;nbsp;nodelay of the&amp;amp;nbsp;laser&amp;amp;nbsp;light spot is&amp;amp;nbsp;observed,&amp;amp;nbsp;because&amp;amp;nbsp;either&amp;amp;nbsp;the&amp;amp;nbsp;carried&amp;amp;nbsp;light fromthe&amp;amp;nbsp;motion of the&amp;amp;nbsp;solar&amp;amp;nbsp;system&amp;amp;nbsp;or&amp;amp;nbsp;the&amp;amp;nbsp;lag&amp;amp;nbsp;due&amp;amp;nbsp;to the&amp;amp;nbsp;change in direction&amp;amp;nbsp;by&amp;amp;nbsp;the moving&amp;amp;nbsp;Mirror&amp;amp;nbsp;compensated.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;Despite this,&amp;amp;nbsp;four times a&amp;amp;nbsp;year,&amp;amp;nbsp;u.zw.&amp;amp;nbsp;a few&amp;amp;nbsp;days&amp;amp;nbsp;in early February,&amp;amp;nbsp;late&amp;amp;nbsp;April,late&amp;amp;nbsp;July&amp;amp;nbsp;and&amp;amp;nbsp;early&amp;amp;nbsp;November, a&amp;amp;nbsp;slight&amp;amp;nbsp;shift&amp;amp;nbsp;depending&amp;amp;nbsp;on the time&amp;amp;nbsp;of theobserved&amp;amp;nbsp;through a&amp;amp;nbsp;prism&amp;amp;nbsp;redirected&amp;amp;nbsp;laser beam&amp;amp;nbsp;at a greater&amp;amp;nbsp;distance.  &amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;   &amp;lt;div&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;Now,&amp;amp;nbsp;on&amp;amp;nbsp;Mar 13,&amp;amp;nbsp;Tau&amp;amp;nbsp;Leonis&amp;amp;nbsp;in&amp;amp;nbsp;opposition&amp;amp;nbsp;to&amp;amp;nbsp;the sun,&amp;amp;nbsp;so&amp;amp;nbsp;sun-earth-lion on&amp;amp;nbsp;aline, so&amp;amp;nbsp;that&amp;amp;nbsp;pushes&amp;amp;nbsp;the&amp;amp;nbsp;sun&amp;amp;nbsp;on&amp;amp;nbsp;this&amp;amp;nbsp;day the&amp;amp;nbsp;Earth&amp;amp;nbsp;in the direction of&amp;amp;nbsp;Leohimself.&amp;amp;nbsp;The&amp;amp;nbsp;observed&amp;amp;nbsp;shifts&amp;amp;nbsp;in early February&amp;amp;nbsp;and&amp;amp;nbsp;late&amp;amp;nbsp;April&amp;amp;nbsp;were&amp;amp;nbsp;just&amp;amp;nbsp;5 1 /&amp;amp;nbsp;2 weeks before&amp;amp;nbsp;and&amp;amp;nbsp;after&amp;amp;nbsp;the&amp;amp;nbsp;opposition&amp;amp;nbsp;point, that&amp;amp;nbsp;in late July&amp;amp;nbsp;and&amp;amp;nbsp;early November&amp;amp;nbsp;just&amp;amp;nbsp;7 1 /&amp;amp;nbsp;2 weeks&amp;amp;nbsp;before&amp;amp;nbsp;and&amp;amp;nbsp;after the&amp;amp;nbsp;conjunction&amp;amp;nbsp;of&amp;amp;nbsp;Tau&amp;amp;nbsp;Leonis&amp;amp;nbsp;on14.Sept.  &amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;   &amp;lt;div&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;This&amp;amp;nbsp;suggests&amp;amp;nbsp;that&amp;amp;nbsp;the movement&amp;amp;nbsp;of&amp;amp;nbsp;the solar system&amp;amp;nbsp;towards&amp;amp;nbsp;lion&amp;amp;nbsp;in&amp;amp;nbsp;the cosmic&amp;amp;nbsp;background radiation is&amp;amp;nbsp;a disturbance&amp;amp;nbsp;in&amp;amp;nbsp;the&amp;amp;nbsp;manner of a&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;bow wave&amp;quot;caused.&amp;amp;nbsp;The&amp;amp;nbsp;Earth&amp;amp;nbsp;crosses&amp;amp;nbsp;on its&amp;amp;nbsp;orbit&amp;amp;nbsp;around the Sun&amp;amp;nbsp;four times a&amp;amp;nbsp;year&amp;amp;nbsp;thisfault zone.&amp;amp;nbsp;(Fig. 1) The&amp;amp;nbsp;laser beam&amp;amp;nbsp;could&amp;amp;nbsp;it&amp;amp;nbsp;short&amp;amp;nbsp;of&amp;amp;nbsp;that failure may be&amp;amp;nbsp;slowedin&amp;amp;nbsp;a medium,&amp;amp;nbsp;so that&amp;amp;nbsp;the light spot&amp;amp;nbsp;falls&amp;amp;nbsp;depending on&amp;amp;nbsp;the movement of&amp;amp;nbsp;the&amp;amp;nbsp;wall, an effect&amp;amp;nbsp;not&amp;amp;nbsp;from the velocity&amp;amp;nbsp;of wall&amp;amp;nbsp;motion&amp;amp;nbsp;results,&amp;amp;nbsp;but&amp;amp;nbsp;only because of&amp;amp;nbsp;theslowdown in&amp;amp;nbsp;Laser beam.  &amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;[[Category:Scientific Paper]]&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
